Part One: Private Sector Projects

Agricultural Products: Strategy and Contingency Planning. A large chemical company had made a huge, multi-billion dollar bet on a new technology. Together, we identified some future conditions that could occur that would devalue that investment. We helped the company develop an alternative strategy should the need arise and have identified the developments that would give them the earliest possible warning of the need to shift to the contingency plan. Their primary strategy has not changed, but if future conditions force a change, the company will convert what could be a disaster to a blip in its growth.
