SCENARIO WORKSHOP FOR COAST GUARD FEDERAL STAKEHOLDERS

In March FSG facilitated a partnership strategy workshop for U.S. Coast Guard federal partners. This is the first of several planned stakeholder workshops the USCG intends to hold over the course of the current four-year Evergreen project cycle. The objectives of this particular workshop were to assess potential U.S. government maritime needs that are best addressed through partnerships; identify immediate partnership opportunities; further develop individual relationships among partnering agencies; provide input into USCG strategic thinking for the next round of Evergreen scenarios and to begin collective thinking about mutually reinforcing actions to be initiated at department and agency levels. Some xx participants representing xx departments and agencies took part in the three-day workshop.

He has an extensive background in creating solutions to strategic marketing challenges for many of the world’s best known companies: developing a value proposition, brand positioning, reviving a brand, global branding, market research design, communications development, and the measurement and evaluation of advertising and marketing effectiveness. Prior to working with FSG, Gerard was Global Planning Director for Publicis in New York.
